Peace process in difficulty says Adams
The Sinn Fein President, Gerry Adams, has said that the peace process was in “considerable difficulties”.
Arriving for talks at Shropshire in England this afternoon, Mr Adams said his party welcomed the discussions and the opportunity for the pro-Agreement parties and the two Governments to straigthen things out.
He said: “The process has become lost and it has to be put back on the right road and that’s our intention in coming here.” He added the onus was on “getting back” to the Good Friday Agreement.
