A 37-year old man is due before a special sitting of Ballymena Magistrates Court this morning, charged in connection with the murder of John Henry McCormack in Coleraine two weeks ago.

The Co Antrim man is facing charges of withholding information after the 36-year old Catholic was shot dead by loyalists at his home in the Ballsally Estate on June 23.
