Trocaire ask G8 nations to put a stop to debts

As representatives from the World’s richest countries prepare to meet in Italy for this weekend’s G-8 summit, there are fresh calls for an end to the debt burden that is being placed on developing nations.

The Irish aid agency, Trócaire says that many of these countries are still paying back more on debts then they are able to spend on health care and education.
