There are renewed fears of loyalist violence at this year's Drumcree parade after hundreds of loyalists marched to police lines near the Co Armagh church last night.

The UDA had earlier in the week pledged not to orchestrate violence, but many of its members took part in last night's protest under a banner proclaiming "Shankill Road UFF", a UDA cover name.

The Shankill Road UDA has good relations with the LVF in Portadown.

Northern Secretary, Dr John Reid, has warned that the eyes of the world are on the North and it will be vital to show that both communities can co-exist peacefully.
