Greens call for changes in Waste Management Bill

The Green Party has added its voice to the calls for a complete overhaul of the Waste Management Bill, which is expected to be passed by the Dail tomorrow.

The Green Party says that it believes the Bill will turn county managers into virtual dictators because they, rather than local councillors, will have the final say on waste management.
