Birmingham set as North talks venue

The Taoiseach and the British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, are to begin an intensive round of negotiations with the pro-Agreement parties on Monday at a secluded location in Birmingham.

The location of the talks, which will be chaired by both leaders, was chosen to allow the parties privacy.
