New low cost airline will boost tourism - Aer Rianta
The new low fares airline 'Go!' has arrived in Dublin. The UK-based company is launcing two new routes from Dublin to Edinburgh and Dublin to Glasgow.
The airline will operate the first low cost connection from Ireland to Edinburgh and Glasgow with minimum fares of £45 return to both destinations.
The company is promising cheap flights and a high quality service. The low cost tickets airline has one class on board and allocates seats at check-in.
They don't provide meals or drinks on board. Thre flights daily will be operating between Dublin and Glasgow International and four flights a week will operate to Edinburgh.
Aer Rianta has welcomed their arrival, saying a second low cost airline operating out of Dublin Airport will mean greater choice and value for Irish consumers.
A spokesperson also said the services will increase access to Ireland for Scottish visitors and contribute further to Irish tourism.
