Nevin given permission for application for legal aid

Catherine Nevin has been granted permission to apply for legal aid for an appeal against her conviction for the murder of her husband.

She had previously had legal aid for the murder trial and the Court of Criminal Affairs had also granted a legal aid certificate this morning for the appeal hearing but it is not expected to begin until the autumn.
