Brennan warned to produce documents

There have been heated exchanges at the Flood Tribunal between the Chairman and lawyers acting for the builder, Tom Brennan.

Mr Justice Flood has told Mr Brennan’s legal team that he would take no nonsense over the delivery of documents from an Isle of Man based trust and from Liechtenstein.
