Gardai name tragic eight-year-old

The eight-year-old boy who was discovered dead on a beach in Co Wicklow has been named.

He was Karl Murphy from Milltown South, in Rathnew and Gardai say that they are treating the death as suspicious after he was found lying face down on the north beach in Greystones and his mother was found nearby.
