Doctor wants to return to Nigeria after course

A Nigerian doctor who claims he is only in Ireland to study has taken the stand in the High Court to protest against being unlawfully detained.

Doctor Grant Oyeye says that he only came to Ireland to complete a Tropical Medicines Diploma course at the Royal College of Surgeons, which he has already paid for.
