Govt hopeful ahead of second round of Ispat talks
The junior Minister for Labour has reiterated that the Government is still hopeful that the 400 jobs at Ispat steel plant in Cork may be saved.
A second meeting between trade unions and management is planned for tomorrow and the Tanaiste is seeking talks with the parent company.
