Startling new allegations from the Moriarty Tribunal

Lawyers for the Moriarty Tribunal have just delivered a new opening statement which contains startling new allegations regarding events surrounding the awarding of the state's second mobile phone license.

The Tribunal is now to probe the existence of two £100,000 payments from Denis O'Brien. It has further been alleged one of these payments was made to former government minister Michael Lowry.
