Lindsay hears of haemophiliacs' crisis
The Irish Haemophiliac Society is for the first time telling the Lindsay Tribunal about the crisis of HIV and hepatitis infection amongst haemophiliacs.
IHS administrator Rosemary Daly says the enormity of the task facing the society was daunting when she was co-ordinator in 1989.
