Breast implant ban for those under 18

Irish teenagers under the age of 18 will be banned from having cosmetic breast implants under new legislation being brought forward by the European Parliament.

It follows a three-year personal battle by a small German women's group who used the machinery of the European Union to lobby for the new legislation.
