Sinn Fein secures four Westminister seats

All 18 seats in the North's elections have now been declared.

Sinn Fein is the largest nationalist party in the North after the party secured four Westminister seats.

Party candidate Michelle Gildernew won her seat after a recount in Fermanagh/South Tyrone and Pat Doherty took Ulster Unionist Willie Thompson's seat.

Gerry Adams and Martin McGuinness meanwhile held onto their positions.

In other results, the UUP lost three seats and Ian Paisley's DUP increased its share of the vote.
