Report shows more work needed for freedom of information

A new report says there is still some way to go before the Freedom of Information Act is fully utilised.

The report shows public bodies remain reluctant to cooperate with some requests for information, despite the legislation.

Media applications for information that was previously closely guarded are up by 58% in the last two years.
