A haul of loyalist guns was seized tonight in Northern Ireland amid claims that new efforts to end the tense Orange Order stand off at Drumcree would fail.

The weapons find came during a raid on a business yard in Portadown, Co Armagh by police who have come under fresh petrol bomb attack in the town.
