On the last day of full campaigning ahead of the election in the North, David Trimble has accused Ian Paisley’s DUP of being too eager to save their jobs in the Assembly.

Mr Trimble said that the DUP were hypocrites because they pretended to oppose the Good Friday Agreement but still took part in the democratic institutions that were created by it.
