Government criticised over condition of health services

The leader of the Fine Gael party, Michael Noonan, has described the upcoming by-election in the south Tipperary constituency as a referendum on the Government’s handling of the health services.

Mr Noonan claims that the Government’s inaction in this important area has set back its development by at least ten years.
