Government popularity soars
The Government is enjoying its highest satisfaction rating in over two
years.
According to a poll the coalition is also the favourite to rule after the next election.
In the past two weeks satisfaction with the Government has increased by 3%
to 62%.
In addition it has been discovered that 47% of voters would now find it
acceptable for Sinn Fein to be in Government.
38% would like to see the coalition remain in power after the next election,
while there is little change in the position of the two main parties with
Fianna Fail on 42% and Fine Gael 24%.
