Foley turned down right-of-reply chance, Court hears
The High Court has been told that Aer Lingus chief executive Michael Foley turned down an offer to question the complaints made against him in a sexual harassment case.
Aer Lingus is attempting to have an injunction lifted which prevents them from imposing disciplinary measures on Michael Foley.
