IRA ‘has met arms body four times'

The IRA has had four meetings with General John de Chastelain’s international disarmament commission since March, the organisation claimed today.

The provisionals insisted they were genuinely committed to resolving the arms issue, but accused the British Government of failing to honour its side of the bargain.
