Trimble bids to eradicate terrorism

The Ulster Unionist Party leader David Trimble says his party has pledged to remove what he called "residual terrorism" from society.

His unionist rivals in the DUP however have predicted they will eclipse the UUP and become the leading voice in unionism when the election votes are counted.
