Taoiseach denies tax row with French PM

The Taoiseach is playing down suggestions of a row between himself and the French Prime Minister over tax harmonisation.

In a speech yesterday, Lionel Jospin seemed to indirectly accuse Ireland of unfair competition in attracting foreign investment.
