Bill on dormant accounts due shortly

A new law, which will use money from dormant bank accounts to fund projects for the disadvantaged, will be published shortly.

Under the bill, money in accounts which has not been used in 15 years will be handed over to the National Treasury Management Agency for the community's benefit.
