Hunt launched for 'tied-up woman'

An intensive search of the forests beside Blessington Lake in Co Wicklow is underway, following a report that a woman has been left there tied to a tree.

The Garda helicopter unit and dog units from both Dublin and Cork are involved in the search which began last night and continues today.

The hunt was sparked following an anonymous 999 call late last night.
