Department scores high approval ratings

Overall satisfaction levels with services provided by the Department of Social, Community and Family Affairs have been revealed to be generally high.

According to the MRBI national survey of 1,000 people who have had dealings with the Department -

84% are satisfied with the services provided

78% are pleased with response times to enquiries

90% find the information available to be adequate

74% find application forms easy to complete.
