Defiant Foley refuses to quit as Aer Lingus boss

The chief executive of Aer Lingus is refusing to resign after a boardroom sub-committee of the company upheld allegations of sexual harassment against him.

Michael Foley was confronted by the allegations, which were made by two female employees, earlier this year and the sub-committee was specially formed to investigate them.
