Labour to launch 'Yes' campaign

The Labour Party will today officially launch their campaign for a 'Yes' vote in next month's Treaty of Nice referendum.

It comes amid accusations from the 'No' campaign that the Treaty will lead to the end of Ireland's neutrality.
