Sale of Clancy Barracks criticised

The Minister for Defence is staunchly defending his handling of the sale of Dublin's Clancy Barracks.

Labour is blasting the Government for not selling the prime land to Dublin Corporation for local authority housing.

The site is to be sold in a month's time.

However, Michael Smith says the Corporation was given first option and rejected it.
