Lindsay Tribunal decision to be challenged in High Court

A decision by the Lindsay Tribunal not to force the blood transfusion service board to give a better description of information contained in more than 600 documents is to be challenged in the court today.

The Irish haemophilia society is applying to the High Court to overturn the decision.
