Farming leaders are preparing to enter into talks at the Department of Agriculture to again ask the Government to ease the restrictions on farm-to-farm movement of animals in the wake of the Foot-and-Mouth scare.

They are due to hold talks with the expert group overseeing the crisis and the Minister for Agriculture Joe Walsh.
