Teachers may reject pay proposal

The result of the ASTI ballot on the Labour court pay proposal is due shortly.

Meanwhile, the teachers have decided not to re-impose a ban on this year's Leaving and Junior Cert exams.

However, at the moment, indications are that the vote is running about 56% in favour of rejecting the Labour court proposal.
