Cancer survivors join walk for research

A group of breast cancer survivors is to represent Ireland in a mass powerwalk marathon through London next week in aid of research into the disease.

The 14-strong Irish team for the Playtex Moonwalk on May 12, when the women participants will wear specially-decorated brassieres, formally launched their fundraising effort in Dublin today.
