AG's office to be questioned on teenager's detention
The office of the Attorney General is to be questioned today over what it intends to do with a 15-year-old boy who was unlawfully detained in a Dublin Garda station for two nights this week.
Justice Kearns ruled yesterday in the High Court that gardai were wrong to hold the boy in a cell when a court order had instructed he be kept at Oberstown detention unit in north Co Dublin.
