A man has told the Saville Inquiry he shielded an IRA gunman from the view of troops as he moved into Derry's Bogside on Bloody Sunday.

Michael Francis McLaughlin said he was glad to see paramilitaries arriving and he warned them that soldiers were firing from the walls over looking them.
