More details have emerged on what information the Sinn Fein MP and Minister for Education, Martin McGuinness, will be telling the Bloody Sunday tribunal.

Mr McGuinness, the IRA's second in command in Derry at the time, will say the IRA had a meeting while the violence went on, but decided not to retaliate.
