Bush may get invite to Twelfth of July Orange Order celebrations

US President George Bush should be invited to join in the annual Twelfth of July Orange Order celebrations, the Stormont Assembly heard today.

Pauline Armitage (UUP, East Derry) proposed during First and Deputy First Ministers’ Questions the Twelfth could be marketed as a major tourist attraction in America if the US President is invited.
