McGuinness speculation welcomed

The brother of a young man killed in Derry on Bloody Sunday is welcoming reports today that Martin McGuinness is to speak out about his role in the IRA at the time.

The North's education minister is set to publicly admit for the first time that he was the IRA's second-in-command in Derry on the day of the shootings.
