Green Party accuses the Government of trickery

The Green Party says the Government is trying to trick people into voting in favour of the Nice Treaty, when a referendum is held this summer.

Foreign Affairs Minister Brian Cowen is being challenged to take part in a national debate on the treaty, which if ratified by Ireland, is almost certain to shape the future of Europe.
