The president of the ICMSA has expressed disappointment at the decision of the expert group on foot-and-mouth to defer a decision on a date for the movement of animal from farm to farm until Monday.

Speaking after a meeting between the expert group and farmers' groups, Pat O'Rourke said there had been a build-up of animals of farms and the delay would only exacerbate the situation.
