The National Youth Council has accused the government of hypocrisy over its failure to implement the national minimum wage of £4.40 per hour.

The National Youth Council has accused the government of hypocrisy over its failure to implement the national minimum wage of £4.40 per hour.

The NYC said it is planned to pay students working in the annual Students Summer Jobs Scheme just £3 per hour this year.
