Man still on the run following failed robbery

Gardai investigating an armed raid on the Quantam factory in Dundalk have recovered a fully loaded, double-barrelled, sawn off shotgun.

The gun was discovered hidden amongst pallets on the plant’s premises.

Three men are being held in custody in Ashbourne and Balbriggan Garda stations, while a fourth man is still being sought by gardai.
