ACC raiders nabbed after Navan robbery

Two men have been apprehended by gardai investigating a bank raid in Navan.

Two men with their faces covered, one of whom was carrying a handgun, snatched an undisclosed amount of cash from the local ACC Bank and fled in a stolen car.

Gardai intercepted the vehicle at a roadblock at Mulhuddart in Co Dublin, where cash and an imitation firearm were discovered.
