Higgins hits out at O'Rourke trip

Fine Gael's public enterprise spokesman Jim Higgins TD today hit out at the Minister for Public Enterprise for her decision to leave the country.

Deputy Higgins said, "On the eve of a major national power crisis it is unbelievable that the Minister for Public Enterprise should decide to abandon the country.
