Foot-and-mouth puts Patrick's day 2 on hold

There are warnings that sport and other national events, including re-scheduled St Patrick's Day parades, could once again fall victim to foot-and-mouth.

Tourism minister Jim McDaid has issued the warning following the confirmation of new cases in the North at the weekend.
