Minister Joe Walsh calls for intensified vigilance

Agriculture Minister Joe Walsh today called for intensified vigilance in the farming community in the face of two new outbreaks and two suspected cases of foot-and-mouth disease in Northern Ireland.

He warned of the danger of the disease crossing the border and devastating the agriculture-led economy.
