Gardai identify car blaze victim as homeless man

Gardai say they have positively identified the man found dead in car in Dublin's north inner city yesterday evening - but his name will not be released for the time being.

The 37-year-old was 5'7 with very short brown hair and was wearing black trousers and boots.

He had been living rough in the Blackhall Place area of Dublin.

Gardai are trying to trace his movements between 2:30 and 4:30 on Monday afternoon.
