Two arrested after Wexford robbery
Two men have been arrested by Wexford Gardai investigating a lunchtime robbery at a building society.
An undisclosed sum of money was stolen from the Irish Permanent branch at Wexford town's Bullring by two men armed with knives earlier today.
The pair made off on foot.
A short time later, gardai carried out two arrests, and in a follow-up search, recovered weapons and the entire amount of money taken during the hold-up.
